Our products will either show as "In Stock " (with number of items in stock) or "Product Out
of Stock" - this is our live stock situation.
Occasionally stock may alter whilst you place an order. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible.

All support ticket queries are given a priority response. During office hours you can expect a response within 2 hours, most within the hour. Out of office hours, support tickets are handled in order of priority and you can expect a response within 1 working day.
Schools, Universities and Government ordering
Just fax or email a scan of your official signed purchase order, and we will process your order for you, no need to open an account.

Our telephone call back service is provided for those customers who have not been able to find an answer to a question via our knowledge base or via an official ticket , contacting us via our support system reduces our costs, keeping our product prices competitive. However we understand that sometimes you need to talk to us direct, we are always happy to call our customers back when you leave a contact number via a new support ticket.
If you are unsure about our stock situation, every product page shows our current stock situation, and is updated live as products change. If an item is in stock, the product page will indicate an in stock position, including the number of items currently available for order.
